Not holding anger

Being able to forgive, forget and let go when you have down days and argue is vital for a healthy relationship. Many individuals in a relationship hold on to anger or remember past arguments and then bring them back up, which only opens old wounds.

Listening

Being able to talk, listen and be heard is very important. A couple will need to talk about their worries and their feelings with each other. It's important to be able to talk freely when you need to get things off your chest, with an open heart and without being judged - this is the sign of a healthy relationship.
